Raspberry Mojito
for Live by Jennifer Lopez
An addictive blend of rum, mint, sugar and lime juice with fresh raspberries and a dash of raspberry liqueur.
Makes 2
50ml (2floz) white rum
100ml (4floz) fresh lime juice
4tsp caster sugar (or to taste)
25ml (1floz) raspberry liqueur (framboise)
Handful of fresh mint
Place first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker, crush the mint with a pestle (or end of a rolling pin). Once well crushed, add with ice and shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

Pomegranate Noir Martini
A dark, seductive and intense cocktail. The hibiscus adds an unusual yet fragrant and refreshing note.
Makes 2
60ml (2.25floz) lemon vodka
120ml (4.5fl oz) pomegranate juice
4 drops rosewater
Large dash lemon juice
Large dash hibiscus syrup
Unsprayed edible rose petals
For the hibiscus syrup:
2 handfuls dried hibiscus flowers (from specialist tea shops or 020 8772 3204; www.theteahouse.co.uk)
6tbsp caster sugar
120ml (4.5floz) water
Place the hibiscus flowers, sugar and water in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and allow syrup to cool. Fill a cocktail shaker with the vodka, pomegranate juice, rosewater, lemon juice and hibiscus syrup. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with rose petals.
Pear Blossom Cocktail

Amazing flavours of pear with vanilla vodka definitely to be sipped, not slurped.
Makes 2
50ml (2floz) vanilla vodka, such as Stolichnaya
1tsp Poire William (from off licences)
10ml (0.5floz) elderflower cordial
25ml (1floz) pear purée
1 thin slice fresh ginger
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake. Then strain into a chilled martini glass and finally garnish with a slice of fresh pear.

A show-stopping champagne cocktail spinning with pineapple juice and cassis served in a chilled flute.
Makes 6 to 8
1 bottle champagne, well chilled
75ml (3floz) cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
350ml (12floz) fresh pineapple juice
Chill champagne flutes in the freezer until frosted. Half fill the glasses with champagne and top up each with 2tsp of cassis and fill with pineapple juice.
The Hypnose Breezer

A zingy, fresh mix of fresh fruit juices with a hit of wicked vodka.
Makes 2
60ml (2.25floz) vodka
40ml (1.75floz) fresh lime juice
20ml (1floz) fresh pineapple juice
6tsp caster sugar (or to taste)
Soda water, to top up
Mix all the ingredients except the soda together in a cocktail shaker, making sure the sugar dissolves. Fill with ice and shake, strain into a chilled martini glass, top with soda and garnish with fresh pineapple.
