The Forever Youth Liberator - which sounds like something Snow White's stepmother might covet - has been pre-ordered by over 5,000 people.
The face cream, which is made by Yves St Laurent, has been in development for more than 20 years and has been created with the help of the Max Planck Institute in Germany.
It contains synthetic sugars which prompt the body to produce new skin cells and which decrease with age.
Amandine Ohayon, general manager of Yves Saint Laurent, said: "This is one of the most amazing scientific breakthroughs we have discovered in relation to anti-aging. The products are set to be the holy grail of anti-ageing for many women given their proven efficacy."
"Glycobiology is opening up a whole new area of possibilities when it comes to skincare.
We're just at the very start of it and are already excited."
Professor Peter Seeberger, of the Max Planck Institute, said the synthetic sugars in the product had been observed to cause "clear beneficial biochemical changes" on the skin.
The cream goes on sale this week and costs £50 for a 30g pot.
