The Dancing on Ice star looked almost unrecognisable from the size 18 picture, where she weighed five stone more than she does now.
Jennifer appeared on Loose Women and explained she had already lost a stone when the "before" picture was taken.
She said: "I didn't want to be in the gym. I just wanted to be a mum. I didn't realize how big I was until I look back now... I put on like five stone..."
"I was still in maternity stuff a year [after the birth]. It was really, really hard. It is difficult, but when you know the key things to fitness, I've kind of been taught."
She added: "I got a the call about Dancing On Ice and I thought: 'Right, you've got to get your backside into gear girl'. I thought "I need a personal trainer.'"
The 28-year-old put up a picture on Twitter and said: "Look at me with my fat friend!!!"

- Mel B
It's hard to believe that Mel was reportedly 'pigging out' throughout her pregnancy considering how svelte she looks a mere two months after the birth of daughter Madison. She's the new face of Jenny Craig so no doubt she's not done slimming yet, either.

- Jessica Alba
The star claims 'light exercise' is the trick for getting her back in shape post-baby number two, Haven, and at right is a pic of the star a mere two months after giving birth. She Tweeted: 'My doc told me I could start after two weeks. I'm going light, stationary bike and elliptical.'

- Victoria Beckham
After the birth of baby Harper in July, it was rumoured that Victoria was on the 'five hands' diet, which involves eating just five handfuls of food each day. We've also heard stories about exercise regimens including Pilates, Tracy Anderson and walking seven miles a day.

- January Jones
Despite her cravings for Dairy Cream ice cream during her pregnancy, Jones remained a yoga enthusiast throughout. - Kate Hudson
After hitting the 185-pound mark with her first pregnancy (she gained 60 pounds), Kate took things more slowly the second time around and stuck to a diet of healthy foods. Just four months after giving birth to son Bingham, she stuns on the red carpet in a tiny gold dress.

- Kelly Preston
The glowing mum of three who fell pregnant for the third time at the age of 47 has claimed breastfeeding - which burns around 500 calories a day - is responsible for losing all those extra baby kilos. 'It certainly would be better if I started to exercise, but I had a C-section so my stomach muscles weren’t very strong,' she's said. Here she is two months after son Benjamin was born.

- Claire Richards
After giving birth to her second daughter, Daisy, the former Steps singer lost a whopping five stone (and showed off her size 18 frame alongside her svelte size 10-12 body in a bathing suit in Closer magazine) thanks to dieting, running and kickboxing. Three months later she was back in the mag, posing nude and showing off her weight gain and size 16 curves.

- Mariah Carey
Carey revealed that she had a tough pregnancy with twins Monroe and Moroccan, and after her C-section could only do gentle exercise like walking her dogs. Thanks to a workout plan and diet from Jenny (formerly Jenny Craig), she shed 30 pounds in three months and reportedly a whopping 70 pounds in total in the six months since they were born.

- Miranda Kerr
Kerr seems to be the new poster girl for celebrity mums since she seems to look better than she did pre-baby (if that's possible) and claims she did it all the natural way. She says a diet of healthy foods, her yoga practice and breastfeeding helped her stay in shape during and after the birth of baby Flynn, along with resistance training, which she started in the spring (her son was born in January). At right is a shot of Kerr a mere two months after Flynn was born.

- Myleene Klass
Just a few months after daughter Hero was born, Myleene was back in fighting form - but she claimed it was just a clever optical illusion. She has also credited her Mediterranean diet for helping her look so good.

- Rachel Zoe
The super skinny celebrity stylist stayed ultra-thin (and propped up on mega-heels) throughout her pregnancy, so perhaps her claim that she's done nothing to lose the post-baby weight rings true. 'I swear to you [I have done] absolutely nothing. I'm nursing, so I think that's part of it. He was all in my tummy, so after a week or so, it was just kind of gone. It's nursing, I think.'

- Jodie Kidd
The action-loving model has been breastfeeding and eating nutritiously after the birth of baby Indio, which might explain why she looks so glowing and fantastic just three months later.

- Heidi Klum
Not to put too much pressure on herself, the model mum of four decided to hit the Victoria's Secret catwalk just six weeks after giving birth to daughter Lou. 'I'm definitely one of the heaviest of the bunch of the 30 girls in the show. And I still have 20 pounds to go,' she said at the time. She credited her phenomenal post-baby body to working with a trainer, walking and exercising with the medicine ball.
