How can I get my skin glowing again?

I am 51 years-old and my skin has started to become old looking, I have so many wrinkles. Can you give me some advice on how to get my skin glowing again please?Beauty Expert: Without seeing your face it's tricky to advise you on the best course of action. If you're serious about getting your wrinkles under control I'd recommend visiting a cosmetic doctor.
Don't panic, I'm not talking full face lift, but Botox and/or fillers can work wonders at your age and will help prevent things getting much worse.
As for getting your glow back, the quickest and best way to boost your complexion would be to have either a chemical peel or microdermabrasion. Each of these treatments tackles the top layers of your skin, revealing new, younger looking skin beneath. They help with fine lines, age spots and scars.
Peels don't need to be as scary as you'd think. These days there are lighter versions of chemical peels such as the VI Peel, which has less down time and is far less painful. Microdermabrasion can be done as a course of treatments, but again a doctor should advise you on what will work best for your skin.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than a fully qualified doctor (with experience in this area) perform these treatments. Use the website of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors to find someone in your area.
